We manufacture our polypropylene capsules to deliver a creamy espresso with a rich, intense flavour, all the convenience of a single-dose format. Made from strong, food-safe material, our capsules ensure perfect compatibility with the main Dolce Gusto® coffee machines. Polypropylene not only helps preserve the coffee’s aroma but is also a more sustainable choice: 100% recyclable and designed to withstand high temperatures without releasing unwanted substances.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Material: Virgin food-grade polypropylene (PP05), 100% recyclable.
Packaging: Capsule supplied complete with a built-in filtering system, ready for filling.
Application: A single solution for both coffee and soluble powders, helping to optimise stock management.
Dimensional stability: Maintained throughout the entire brewing process, even at high temperatures and pressures.
Excellent physical barrier: Preserves the aroma and freshness of the blend; despite being made of PP, there is no direct air flow into the capsule once packaged.
